The role requires managing budgets, vendor relationships, and ensuring regulatory compliance with Condo Act provisions. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Active Community Association Manager license in Illinois.
• Understanding of physical building management, Condominium law, financial planning, and law affecting property management.
• Superior oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate with the Board of Directors to set community goals and action plans.
• Manage annual budget creation and monthly financial reporting for the association.
• Ensure compliance with the Illinois Condo Act and applicable regulations for the property.
