Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience as an HOA manager
• Experience coordinating staff, vendors, and budgets
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

• Lead external management teams and consultants for assets over $50M
• Prepare and manage HOA/club budgets and documentation
