Job summary

Allied HOA, a growing company, seeks an experienced HOA Manager to oversee portfolio management and administration for a homeowners association. The role requires leadership, problem-solving, and strong customer service skills in a hybrid work environment.

In this position you will ensure compliance with governing documents, coordinate with the Board and vendors, manage notices, and support budgeting and financial reporting while maintaining professional relations and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of HOA management experience.
• CMCA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with HOA governing documents, policies, and procedures.
• Maintains regular and effective communication with the Board of Directors, association members/owners, and vendors.
• Confers with representatives of HOA or Board of Directors to determine community priorities.
• Maintains professional relations with Board, homeowners, vendors and co-workers in a positive manner.
• Respond to emails, letters and log calls from Board of Directors, Committee Members and Homeowners.
• Sends notices of HOA meetings, community updates and violations.
• Updates the Board of Directors on current industry developments.
• Assists accounting team to ensure HOA bills are paid on time.
• Partners with accounting to create an annual budget for Board review and implement the approved budget.
• Implements and tracks Reserve Studies and presents recommendations to the Board.
