Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma; Bachelor's preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience as an HOA manager across multiple communities.
• Proven budgeting, vendor management, and customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively, be detail-oriented and a problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Direct all interactions with customers and management companies, association managers, and vendors.
• Coordinate responses with Lennar’s Corporate customer care to resolve concerns.
• Develop and maintain resident relations plans and programs to achieve satisfactory service levels.
• Manage HOA and club structures, budgets, and reports across communities.
