• Experience working with HOAs or similar governing documents and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Read, review, and understand HOA governing documents, CC&Rs, bylaws, and rules.
• Interact with homeowners, vendors, and service providers to maintain high-quality service.
• Negotiate and execute contracts; prepare bid specs and work orders as needed.
• Plan budgets, manage events with Boards/Committees, and present monthly reports.
• Lead Board meetings and supervise vendors; hire/terminate as required.
