Job summary

City Property Management is hiring an HOA Community Association Manager to oversee residential communities across Maricopa County. You will manage budgets, maintain records, coordinate with boards, and supervise vendors while ensuring exceptional service.

The role is field-based with initial in-office training, and after training you will split time between site visits and home-based office work. Residence in Maricopa County is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience with responsibility for people, budgets or client relationships.
• Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Must reside in Maricopa County (or relocate before start).
• Available to work in the office full-time for the first 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records and board actions in compliance with Arizona statutes.
• Review monthly financial reports for accuracy and budget planning.
• Manage vendor contracts, bids, and project oversight.
• Conduct regular property inspections and community events.
• Facilitate board meetings and act as liaison between boards and homeowners.
• Provide professional leadership and guidance during meetings.
• Ensure high levels of customer service to homeowners and vendors.
