Job summary

RealManage in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Community Association Manager (CAM) to lead day-to-day operations for a portfolio of HOAs and condo associations. You will work with boards, resolve issues, and ensure service quality in line with RealManage standards.

The role requires 2–3 years in property/community management, CMCA or equivalent preferred, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage budgets, vendor contracts, and boards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 3 years in property management / community management experience
• CMCA certification or state equivalent preferred
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Must have a valid driver00s license

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of community associations
• Support Boards of Directors and build strong relationships with residents and vendors
• Prepare and present monthly management reports with actionable insights
• Develop and execute plans to improve services, amenities, and operational efficiency
• Manage budgets, invoices, cash flow, and vendor payments
