Job summary

Creative Management Company is seeking an experienced Community Association Manager (CAM) who excels at board relations, property operations, financial management, and community leadership to join our growing Houston team.

Responsibilities include serving as liaison with boards and residents, managing HOAs/COAs, overseeing capital improvements, and maintaining financial reporting. Travel to multiple associations in the Gulf Coast region is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing HOAs/COAs or portfolios.
• Experience with capital improvements, reserve projects, renovations, or major repairs.
• Strong knowledge of governance, budgeting, financial reporting, and vendor management.
• Experience facilitating board meetings and advising Boards.
• Proficiency with property management software.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between Boards, homeowners, residents, vendors, and stakeholders across the Houston-area portfolio.
• Manage day-to-day operations of HOAs, COAs, and community associations.
• Oversee capital improvement and reserve projects from planning through completion.
• Conduct property inspections and identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, and covenant issues.
• Prepare meeting agendas, reports, packets, and minutes.
