Job summary

The HMIS Support Specialist in the CCFL Community Services Team at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln provides critical support to the HMIS across NHAP, City of Lincoln CoC, and the Nebraska Balance of State CoC. You ensure data accuracy and assist with training, access readiness, and problem resolution.

Under the HMIS Senior Manager, you’ll help with system operations, troubleshoot user questions, support Moodle-based training, review data for compliance, and contribute to Coordinated Entry

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus one year experience with a HMIS case management software
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with team members and external partners
• Strong attention to details with the ability to handle confidential information

• Assist with Coordinated Entry activities, referrals, and reporting needs
