Job summary

University of Nebraska-Lincoln's CCFL unit seeks an HMIS Support Specialist to ensure reliable operation of the HMIS across NHAP, Lincoln CoC, and the Nebraska Balance of State CoC. You will support system use, user access, data entry accuracy, and compliance with program requirements.

Under the HMIS Senior Manager, you will assist with system operations, training, and Coordinated Entry activities, including referrals and reporting, acting as a responsive point of contact for users and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus one year experience with a HMIS case management software; Additional years of relevant experience or completed relevant education may substitute on a year-for-year basis.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with team members and external partners.
• Strong attention to details with the ability to work with confidential and sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Support HMIS system operations and user access readiness.
• Assist with Coordinated Entry activities, including referrals and reporting needs.
• Provide Moodle-based training support and onboarding.
• Review data for accuracy and compliance with program requirements.
