Job summary

The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is hiring an HMIS Data Quality and Monitoring Coordinator to support the Office of Homeless Services. You will ensure data quality, confidentiality, and proper system use across HMIS Participating Agencies, implementing data quality plans and monitoring activities.

You will work under the HMIS Manager to improve data governance, assist agencies with corrective actions, and coordinate with CoC partners on policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Four years of experience in information technology systems support or programming.
• Additional education in social work or related field may substitute for experience (1:1).
• Candidates with accreditations earned in a foreign institute are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Supports HMIS Participating Agencies to meet grant and program data requirements.
• Clarifies and communicates funding-specific data requirements to agencies.
• Maintains HMIS data dashboards and team reports.
• Develops and monitors data quality and monitoring plans for compliance.
• Coordinates with committees to update policies and procedures.
