Job summary

Serco is seeking a skilled engineer to support the US Navy's Columbia and Dreadnought programs, providing system integration for SCS and HMCCS. You will report to SIT leadership and collaborate with NAVSEA, SSP, UK MoD, and Naval War centers to meet milestones.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical field, at least five years in engineering, excellent communication, and willingness to travel up to 10%. A DoD Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support design and integration of SCS/HMCCS for submarine programs.
• Facilitate engineering reviews and coordinate with NAVSEA and UK MoD stakeholders.
• Lead or participate in team meetings to advance SIT milestones.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans while adapting to evolving needs.
• Ensure compliance with Ship Building Specifications and FBW requirements.
