Responsibilities

• Marketing and communicating the activity:
  • Plan to announce both the start and the end of the activity and provide updates, as relevant.
  • Create digital (PNG/JPEG formats only) and print flyer(s) for the weekly newsletter and posting in designated spots.
  • Announcements (morning audio and for The Den)
• Regular meetings between either 7:00am - 8:00am or 3:00pm - 4:00pm (or later, if applicable). Be in location prior to start. If after school, stay with all students until all are picked up.
• Communicate via Parent Square or Email with the parent of the club members regarding schedule, schedule changes and cancellations. Please give as much notice as possible when canceling and be sure this information is communicated to the parents, not just announced in the building. Setup and cleanup the area used for the activity.
• Please request custodial assistance, with sufficient notice, when appropriate. Maintain roster and attendance of students, submit or share at midpoint and end of activity.
• Artistic responsibilities: vocal auditions and casting, teach the music, conduct rehearsals, develop a musical interpretation of the production. Administrative: collaborate with the theatrical director, schedule rehearsals, manage musical materials and equipment, and oversee tech and dress rehearsals.
