Job summary

ViiV Healthcare is seeking an experienced Territory Account Manager to lead specialty HIV treatments across assigned accounts and grow a buy-and-bill business model in a launch context. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, align with regional goals, and drive market access initiatives to improve patient outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years of pharma sales and 3+ years in specialty roles, with the ability to travel domestically and maintain strong relationships with HCPs.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years of specialty experience.
• Ability to travel domestically as necessary, which may include overnight travel.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Results Through Exceptional Sales and Service.
• Identify, target, and win new business by influencing working with HCPs to adopt a new approach to HIV treatment.
• Engage with HCPs, nurses, staff, and administrators to understand clinical, organizational, and financial challenges and opportunities within target accounts.
• Leverage data analytics, business acumen, and market expertise to identify high-priority prospects.
• Prepare and execute business plans tailored to each customer and help HCPs scale their treatment model to reach more patients.
• Coordinate with cross-functional team members to deliver an integrated product experience to customers.
