Job summary

ViiV Healthcare seeks an experienced Community Engagement Account Manager to drive launch-brand performance through local community partnerships. The role emphasizes collaboration with Sales, Clinical Educators, Reimbursement Managers and Medical teams to deliver a cohesive product experience.

Successful candidates will implement strategic business plans, navigate diverse stakeholders, and prioritize impactful community engagement aligned with ViiV’s mission to leave no person behind in HIV care

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience including specialty/HIV or 5+ years in HIV/AIDS/public health community organizations.
• Ability to travel domestically, nights/weekends and overnight travel likely; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and execute business by engaging local communities to elevate HIV prevention and treatment approaches.
• Lead community initiatives to augment territory-level sales in collaboration with matrix teams.
• Deliver branded and unbranded content to Allied Healthcare Professionals (AHCPs) and patients/consumers.
• Communicate clinical information about long-acting injectables in HIV prevention and treatment to diverse populations and key decision makers.
• Promote promotional activities for long-acting injectables to communities disproportionately affected by HIV.
• Engage with social workers, case managers, educators, and other community-linked roles to expand outreach.
• Provide culturally relevant resources discussing PrEP and treatment options to key customers.
• Develop community networks and pathways to PrEP and linkage to care for expanded outreach.
