Job summary

ViiV Healthcare is seeking a Community Engagement Account Manager to drive local HIV prevention and treatment initiatives within the community. You will partner with cross-functional teams to execute strategic plans and deliver impactful content to healthcare professionals and patients.

The role emphasizes building strong community networks, expanding PrEP access, and aligning with launch brand objectives through measurable outcomes and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience including HIV or 5+ years in HIV/AIDS/public health community-based organizations.
• Ability to travel domestically, including nights/weekends and overnight travel.
• Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and execute business within local communities to elevate HIV prevention and treatment.
• Lead community initiatives to augment territory-level sales with matrix teams.
• Deliver branded/unbranded content to AHCPs and patients/consumers.
• Discuss long-acting injectables (LAIs) in HIV prevention/treatment with diverse populations and key decision makers.
• Engage with social workers, case managers, educators, and other local community stakeholders.
• Develop community networks and pathways to PrEP and linkage to care.
• Coordinate with Sales, Clinical Educators, Field Reimbursement Managers, and Medical to deliver integrated product experiences.
• Maintain portfolio-based selling mindset with cohesive internal communication.
• Develop external relationships with influential customers and thought leaders.
