Job summary

ViiV Healthcare, a global HIV specialist, seeks a Community Engagement Account Manager to drive launch activities within local communities. You will partner with AHCPs, social services, and community orgs to expand PrEP access and HIV treatment, delivering both branded and unbranded content.

You will collaborate with sales, clinical educators, and medical teams to implement strategic plans, track KPIs, and build pathways to care for underserved populations in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience with HIV exposure or 5+ years in HIV/public health orgs.
• Ability to travel domestically, including nights/weekends and some overnight travel.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and execute business by engaging local communities to elevate HIV prevention and treatment.
• Lead community initiatives that augment territory-level sales with matrix teams.
• Deliver branded and unbranded content to AHCPs and patients/consumers.
• Explain long-acting injectables (LAIs) and PrEP to diverse populations and stakeholders.
• Promote promotional activities for LAI in HIV prevention and treatment to affected communities.
• Engage with social workers, case managers, educators, discharge planners, and outreach workers in key organizations.
• Provide culturally relevant resources for discussing PrEP and treatment options.
• Develop community networks and pathways to PrEP/linkage to care to expand outreach.
• Align business plans with local market needs to scale HCP prevention/treatment models.
• Coordinate with Sales, Clinical Educators, Field Reimbursement Managers and Medical to deliver an integrated experience.
• Maintain a portfolio-based selling mindset and ensure cohesive ViiV experiences.
• Deliver execution plans using KPIs and scalable successes.
• Develop external relationships with influential customers and thought leaders.
