ViiV Healthcare is seeking a Community Engagement Account Manager to lead local outreach and drive performance for a launch brand in HIV prevention and treatment. You will partner with Sales, Clinical Educators, and Medical teams to deliver an integrated product experience in the community.

The role requires a track record in community engagement, strategic planning, and strong relationship building with health care providers and community organizations. Expect domestic travel as needed.

Qualificações

• BA/BS degree required.
• 3+ years pharmaceutical sales with HIV experience or 5+ years HIV/public health community work.
• Ability to travel domestically; valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and engage local community groups to advance HIV prevention and treatment initiatives.
• Lead community-related activities to augment territory sales with matrix teams.
• Deliver branded/unbranded content to AHCPs and patients/consumers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide an integrated ViiV customer experience.
• Develop strategic business plans with measurable objectives and KPIs.
