Job summary

ViiV Healthcare seeks a Community Engagement Account Manager to advance HIV prevention and treatment in local communities. You will work with cross-functional teams to implement strategic plans, engage AHCPs and community partners, and drive channel performance through integrated account management.

You will promote long-acting injectables, provide clinical information, and build trusted networks with diverse community stakeholders, including nonprofit groups and healthcare providers.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience including specialty/HIV or 5+ years in HIV/AIDS or public health community-based orgs.
• Ability to travel domestically, including nights/weekends and overnight travel; majority in market.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and execute business by engaging local community to elevate HIV prevention and treatment.
• Lead community-related initiatives to augment territory sales in partnership with matrix teams.
• Deliver branded and unbranded content for AHCPs and patients/consumers.
• Provide clinical information on long-acting injectables (LAIs) in HIV prevention and treatment to diverse populations and influencers.
• Deliver promotional activities for LAIs to communities disproportionately affected by HIV.
• Engage with social workers, case managers, treatment educators, discharge planners, outreach workers, and benefits/implantation admins within local community orgs.
• Provide culturally relevant resources for discussing PrEP and treatment options to key customers.
• Develop strong community networks and pathways to PrEP and linkage to care to expand outreach to underrepresented populations.
• Align and execute business plans tailored to local market needs to help HCPs scale prevention and treatment models with sales support.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Clinical Educators, Field Reimbursement, Medical) to deliver integrated product experiences.
• Maintain a portfolio-based selling mindset and ensure cohesive, integrated ViiV experience for customers.
• Deliver and adapt execution plans to achieve performance goals using KPIs and problem solving.
• Develop and foster external relationships with key influencers and thought leaders.
