Job summary

ViiV Healthcare seeks a Community Engagement Account Manager to drive launch-brand performance in local markets. You will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Clinical Educators, Field Reimbursement Managers and Medical to deliver an integrated patient and provider experience.

The role requires 3+ years pharma sales with HIV experience or 5+ years in HIV/public health organizations; travel is expected; Spanish bilingualism is a plus.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 3+ years pharmaceutical sales experience including specialty/HIV or 5+ years in HIV/AIDS/public health community organizations.
• Ability to travel domestically, nights/weekends and overnight travel, with majority in market.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and execute business within local community to elevate HIV prevention and treatment.
• Lead community initiatives to augment territory sales in partnership with matrix teams.
• Deliver branded and unbranded content to AHCPs and patients/consumers.
• Provide clinically relevant information on long-acting injectables in HIV prevention and treatment to diverse populations and decision-makers.
• Develop and nurture external relationships with key organizations and thought leaders.
• Coordinate with Sales, Clinical Educators, Field Reimbursement Managers and Medical to deliver integrated product experiences.
• Maintain portfolio-based selling mindset and ensure cohesive customer experience.
