Job summary

ViiV Healthcare seeks an experienced Community Engagement Account Manager to drive launch performance in local markets. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated patient and provider outreach, focusing on HIV prevention and long-acting injectables.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience including specialty/HIV or 5+ years of HIV/AIDS/public health community work.
• Ability to travel domestically, nights/weekends and overnight travel as needed.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and execute business with local community to elevate HIV prevention and treatment.
• Lead community initiatives to augment territory-level sales with matrix teams.
• Deliver branded and unbranded content to AHCPs and patients/consumers.
• Explain long-acting injectables (LAIs) in prevention and treatment to diverse populations and key decision makers.
• Promote HIV prevention/treatment activities to communities with high impact.
• Engage with social workers, case managers, outreach workers, and related organizations in local communities.
• Provide culturally relevant resources for PrEP and treatment discussions.
• Develop pathways to PrEP and linkage to care to expand outreach to underrepresented populations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Clinical Educators, Field Reimbursement Managers and Medical to deliver a cohesive product experience.
• Maintain a portfolio-based selling mindset and ensure internal communication loops.
