Qualifications

• Education requirements include a Bachelor's degree and Massachusetts licensure in Moderate Disabilities.
• ESL License or SEI Endorsement is required or on a path to licensure.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States on day one.

Responsibilities

• Implement district learning goals and objectives, aligning with state frameworks; familiarity with student portfolio development.
• Provide small-group instruction to students with moderate to severe cognitive delays for progress in the general curriculum.
• Write/implement IEP goals and objective; provide timely progress reports on student development.
• Provide accommodations for learning and testing; develop curriculum as needed; collect/analyze student work for MCAS Alternative Assessment preparation.
• Collaborate with school staff to support student needs for modification.
• Assist with transition to adult living services as appropriate.
