Job summary

Biltmore is seeking a Support Services Staff II to perform general maintenance across Biltmore House and other historic structures on the estate. The role includes plumbing, electrical, painting, cleaning, and light carpentry, with opportunities to assist Floral, Museum Services, and Housekeeping teams.

Schedule is typically Monday–Friday, 6:00 am–4:30 pm, with a pay starting at $17.85 per hour based on qualifications and experience. A valid driver’s license and a minimum age of 19 are required.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of maintenance experience required.
• Experience with historic structures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair plumbing, basic electrical, and light carpentry tasks in Biltmore House and historic structures.
• Set up and break down Special Projects.
• Follow safety rules and assist with moving collections.
