Biltmore Estate is seeking an F&B Maintenance Staff II to handle repairs, maintenance, and operational tasks across the Estate. The role covers interior and exterior projects including plumbing, painting, carpentry, minor electrical, and HVAC work, supporting the Engineering team and delivering world-class guest service.
The position requires a high school diploma, with preferred certifications in related trades and at least two years of experience in a similar upscale facility environment.
Job Description The starting pay range for this position begins at $17.85/hour and is based on the level of qualifications and relevant experience above the minimum requirements. The F&B Maintenance Staff II will be responsible for repairs, maintenance, upkeep and operations of materials, supplies and components across the Estate. Staff will work on interior and exterior projects that include plumbing, painting, carpentry, minor electrical and HVAC work, and will also assist in other areas of Engineering as assigned, such as preventative maintenance on buildings and kitchen equipment. Staff will work with a Maintenance team focused on the exceptional service of the Guests on Biltmore Estate, while also providing general assistance and support for the leadership, department, and company.
