Job summary

Presidential Staffing Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Hiring Specialist to fill open positions by advertising across platforms, sourcing candidates, and developing hiring plans. The ideal candidate has a proven recruiter background and excellent verbal and written communication skills, and will also manage payroll and other HR duties.

The role is fully remote, with responsibilities spanning sourcing, interviewing, and network-building to create a strong candidate pool for ongoing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Experience as Hiring Specialist, Recruiter, or related role.
• Experience with sourcing tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of ATS and HR databases.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Familiarity with labor laws and legislation.
• Excellent time management and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all stages of the hiring process.
• Research potential hires on resume databases and portfolio sites.
• Reach out to candidates via phone and email; follow up regularly.
• Build a network of contacts and potential candidates.
• Place ads and write copy for open positions.
• Conduct in-person, video, and phone interviews.
• Attend job fairs and networking events to build a candidate pool.
• Track recruiting KPIs and report on metrics.
