Qualifications

• 1+ years' real estate sales experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads to build your pipeline.
• Convert leads into booked appointments through follow-up and relationships.
• Practice scripts weekly to stay sharp and client-ready.
• Guide clients from first meeting to signed agreement, advising and negotiating on their behalf.
• Write and negotiate offers for buyers.
• Attend team meetings and activities regularly.
• Commit to weekly coaching and training.
• Keep client notes up to date in the team database.
• Complete PLACE Agent Launch within 120 days.

We are seeking an experienced Buyer Specialist who is motivated to grow their business, build lasting client relationships, and pursue long-term success with a strong foundation of support.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads consistently to build your pipeline
• Convert leads into booked appointments through follow-up and relationship building
• Practice scripts weekly to stay sharp and client-ready
• Guide clients from first meeting to signed agreement, advising and negotiating on their behalf
• Write and negotiate offers for your buyers
• Show up for team meetings and activities consistently
• Commit to weekly coaching, training, and the PLACE Partner Call
• Keep client notes and activity up to date in the team database
• Complete the PLACE Agent Launch program within your first 120 days

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

Compensation

$65,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
