Job summary

SandboxAQ is seeking a Hiring Experience and Operations Manager to elevate our Recruiting Engine, blending automation with human-centric design. You will own the holistic hiring experience across candidates, interviewers, and managers while leading a team of Recruiting Coordinators.

You will pioneer AI integration to maximize efficiency, support talent branding, and partner with HR and finance to optimize headcount planning and offers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting Operations.
• 1+ years of direct people management experience.
• Experience integrating automation or AI in recruiting workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the recruiting technology stack and analytics.
• Own the end-to-end hiring journey for all stakeholders and ensure seamless workflows.
• Lead Recruiting Coordinators and coordinate interview logistics, travel, and on-site experiences.
• Drive employer branding initiatives and partnerships to attract frontier-tech talent.
