Job summary

Unknown is seeking a dedicated recruiting lead to build and own the end-to-end hiring process for high-caliber Amazon operators. You will craft strategy, run outbound sequences, interview, and deliver shortlists with written recommendations.

You’ll own and configure the ATS, manage agencies, and maintain a ready pool of pre-qualified talent to accelerate hiring. This role reports to the partners and requires strong English writing and autonomous execution.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in recruiting, with at least two years running roles full-cycle yourself.
• You think in numbers: reply rates, stage conversion, time-to-hire, offer-accept.
• Outbound is your strength: built lists from scratch and written sequences that elicited replies from senior professionals.
• You've owned an ATS; Breezy experience is a plus and you can configure modern ATS.
• Excellent written English; outreach should read as written by a person.
• You've worked without an HR department above you; you will be the whole function.

Responsibilities

• Own the full funnel, end-to-end—from kickoff to offer.
• Build target lists, run LinkedIn and email sequences for senior Amazon operators.
• Screen 20–30 candidates per month and provide written recommendations.
• Configure stages, scorecards, templates, automations, and reporting in the ATS.
• Brief agencies and headhunters, phase them out where we can do it ourselves.
• Maintain a standing pool of pre-qualified talent for fast hiring.
