Job summary

Responsibilities

• Review electronic charts for quality, legibility, and completeness.
• Scan loose papers after processing.
• Process requests for release of information according to hospital policies.
• Maintain tickler file of orders mailed for signatures to ensure timely return of originals.
• Assist patients with Health Portal via phone or in person.
• Maintain confidentiality per hospital policies.
