BMCHS is seeking a Health Information Management (HIM) Processing Associate to maintain the integrity of medical records. You will collect, prepare, scan, process, and respond to inquiries while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The role includes opening mail, releasing information, and preparing records for scanning. You will also ensure accurate data entry into databases, generate reports, and provide auditors with complete documentation to support reimbursement and minimize

Formación

• High School diploma required with at least 1 full year experience in Health Information Management or related field.
• Competent computer skills with Windows-based experience.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain integrity of medical records by collecting, preparing, scanning, processing and responding to inquiries.
• Open mail, release medical information, and prepare records for scanning.
• Enter data accurately into databases and generate required reports.
