Job summary

Cook Children’s is seeking a HIM Forms Governance Coordinator to join the Health Information Management team in the United States. You will support enterprise forms governance, maintain the centralized forms repository, and ensure forms are current and appropriately approved to support patient care and operations.

You will collaborate with HIM leadership and stakeholders to coordinate reviews, form lifecycle management, and compliance with regulatory standards across the health system.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in HIM, healthcare operations, document management, or administrative coordination required.
• 4 years of experience in HIM, healthcare operations, document management, or administrative coordination may be substituted for the required education.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise forms governance and management program.
• Coordinate development, review, maintenance, and lifecycle management of forms; maintain centralized forms repository and govern workflows.
