Job summary

Cook Children’s Health Care System is seeking a HIM Forms Governance Coordinator within the HIM-Quality department. This role helps manage enterprise forms governance, reviews, maintenance, and lifecycle management of clinical and administrative forms to promote standardization and regulatory compliance across the health system.

Under HIM leadership, you will collaborate with the HIM Project Coordinator and stakeholders to maintain the centralized forms repository, support governance workflows,

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in HIM, healthcare operations, document management, or administrative coordination required.
• 4 years of experience in HIM, healthcare operations, document management, or administrative coordination required may be substituted for the required education.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development, review, maintenance, and lifecycle management of clinical and administrative forms to promote standardization and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain centralized forms repository and support governance workflows to ensure forms are current, approved, and available for operations and patient care.
