Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years HIM experience with at least 2 years in supervision or lead roles.
• Education can be substituted with 9 years of HIM experience including supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in health information management and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead documentation compliance, medical record completion, and forms governance across the health system.
• Oversee deficiency management, physician suspension processes, and documentation auditing.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, Medical Staff Rules and Regulations, and regulatory/accreditation requirements.
