Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HIM experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• RHIT or RHIA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead documentation compliance and deficiency management across the health system.
• Oversee forms governance, lifecycle management, and regulatory readiness.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, Medical Staff, and administrative leaders to strengthen documentation practices.
• Identify risks and promote timely, complete medical records.
