Job summary

Oklahoma Heart Hospital, LLC is seeking a Manager of Health Information Management (HIM) to lead the HIM department, ensure regulatory compliance, and support hospital and medical staff in health information management. The role requires RHIA or RHIT credentials and hospital HIM experience.

Responsibilities include planning, organizing, and controlling all HIM functions, with some days in person and others possibly remote. This is a full-time hybrid position at OKC campus.

Qualifications

• RHIA or RHIT certification required.
• Minimum 3 years hospital health information experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, implement, actuate and control all functions of the HIM department.
• Serve as the resource and support for hospital and medical staff on health information matters.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agency standards and State Health Department rules and maintain patient information confidentiality.
