Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health information, organizational leadership, business or related field with five years of related management experience.
• Preferred: Master’s with 1-3 years relevant management experience; Mayo Quality Academy certification or equivalent.
• RHIA/RHIT credentials preferred or required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Oversee department operations, fiscal/financial management, quality, safety and risk management.
• Lead remote and on-site teams across multiple sites within the region.
• Coordinate 24/7 on-site and telework operations and drive staff development.
• Forecast staffing needs and balance cost, quality and turnaround while engaging medical staff to improve processes.
