Qualifications

• Required Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT, HCPCS and payer rules.
• Experience leading coding/HIM operations and audits.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for HIM and coding functions, including staffing and performance management.
• Oversee inpatient and outpatient coding to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle and IT to improveDNFB and reduce leakage.
• Support audits, compliance initiatives and system implementations.
