AIM is hiring a hands-on verification engineer to build and maintain automated HIL tests for our autonomous heavy equipment. You will convert manual procedures into repeatable workflows using Python and work across embedded software and hardware.

You will help extend verification infrastructure, troubleshoot test benches, and collaborate with firmware, electrical, and systems teams to validate reliability and performance across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field.
• 3+ years in embedded systems, verification, validation or related roles.
• At least 1 year in verification and test automation.
• Hands-on experience with automated HIL tests.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement, and maintain automated HIL tests for AIM's embedded systems.
• Convert manual tests into repeatable automated workflows.
• Develop Python scripts, utilities, and test frameworks.
• Extend HIL coverage across controllers, sensors, actuators, and interfaces.
