Responsibilities

• Guide prospects through studio tours and membership options.
• Drive sales by meeting membership, renewals, and retail targets.
• Maintain accurate records using the studio's sales systems.
• Handle inbound calls, follow-ups, and customer care outreach.
• Support daily studio operations and ensure a great member experience.
• Collaborate with coaches and team members in a high-energy environment.
