Job summary

Camarillo Fitness is seeking energetic Sales Associates to greet members, present membership options, and support day-to-day studio operations.

You will drive sales in memberships, renewals, and retail, maintain records in our sales system, and collaborate with coaches to maintain a high-energy, guest-friendly environment. Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Passion for health, fitness and helping others achieve goals.
• Strong sales skills in goal-driven environments (fitness or retail).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfortable using basic computer software (MS Office, email, etc.).
• Flexible to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact—welcoming members and guests with a friendly, positive attitude
• Guide prospects through studio tours and membership options
• Drive studio growth by achieving sales goals in memberships, renewals, and retail products
• Maintain accurate records using Orangetheory’s established sales systems
• Handle inbound calls, follow-ups, and customer care outreach
• Support daily studio operations and ensure an exceptional member experience
• Collaborate with coaches and fellow team members to foster a high-energy, team-first environment
