As a front-line ambassador, you’ll collaborate with coaches and teammates to maintain a high-energy, welcoming environment while meeting sales goals and supporting daily operations.

Qualifications

• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others reach goals.
• Strong sales skills in a goal-driven environment (fitness or retail).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfortable using basic computer software (MS Office, email).
• Flexible to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive, proactive attitude with willingness to grow within CamFit community.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact—welcoming members and guests with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Guide prospects through studio tours and membership options.
• Drive studio growth by achieving sales goals in memberships, renewals, and retail products.
• Maintain accurate records using Orangetheory’s established sales systems.
• Handle inbound calls, follow-ups, and customer care outreach.
• Support daily studio operations and ensure an exceptional member experience.
• Collaborate with coaches and fellow team members to foster a high-energy, team-first environment.
