Job summary

The State of South Carolina Department of Transportation seeks a Highway Maintenance Worker to support construction, repair, and preservation of roads and bridges on the state highway system. You will operate motorized equipment and perform manual labor across vegetation management, drainage, signage, and concrete curb and sidewalk work.

Qualifications

• Six months of related work experience or equivalent.
• Valid motor vehicle operator's license required; CDL Class A within six months.
