Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs vegetation management using equipment such as a combination tractor with side-mounted mower and medium-duty equipment.
• Operates tandem dump truck and skid steer for road and bridge maintenance in the state highway system.
• Installs and repairs catch basins and drainage structures; places drainage pipes and uses power tools.
• Coordinates traffic control setups for safe work zones per the SCDOT guide; may work extended shifts or night hours.
