Job summary

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of related work experience or an approved acceptable equivalence.

Responsibilities

• Operate medium equipment (tandem dump truck, belt loader, large roller >4 tons, skid steer) for hauling materials such as asphalt, limestone, dirt, soil, cement, pipe and debris.
• Operate a motorized street sweeper to sweep and clean roads; snow plow and sand spreader in inclement weather.
• Assist in backhoe operations for ditch cleaning, piping, and material loading; clear trees and debris from roadways.
• Set up and flag traffic per MUTCD standards to control flow and protect workers and the public.
