Job summary

U.S. Facilities, Inc. seeks Equipment Operators to perform skilled equipment operations, maintenance, and labor for roadway maintenance.

Duties include operating backhoes, dump trucks, loaders, and other heavy equipment, flagging traffic, setting up work zones, and performing emergency road operations. Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, a DOT medical card, and a Class B CDL. You must be able to obtain a Flagging Certification within 60 days of employment and pass pre-employment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have DOT medical card and a Class B CDL at minimum.
• Ability to obtain Flagging Certification within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a range of highway maintenance equipment safely.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine manual labor.
• Flag traffic, set up work zones, and monitor safety around traffic.
• Read, understand, and execute written instructions; communicate clearly.
