Job summary

U.S. Facilities, Inc. is seeking Equipment Operators to perform skilled equipment operations, preventive maintenance, and manual labor for roadway maintenance.

Responsibilities include operating backhoe, dump truck, loader, motor-grader, and related tasks, with flagging and traffic control duties as needed. Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, a DOT medical card, and a Class B CDL; ability to obtain a Flagging Certification within 60 days.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or demonstrated equivalent experience.
• DOT medical card required.
• CDL Class B minimum.
• Ability to obtain Flagging Certification within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a range of highway maintenance equipment (backhoe, dump truck, loader, motor-grader, tractor/bush-hog, and similar equipment).
• Flag traffic and set up work zones and traffic control.
• Perform routine maintenance and manual labor tasks.
• Read and follow oral and written instructions.
• Communicate effectively orally and in writing.
