Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of consulting in higher education or community college environments with senior-level functional expertise in at least one domain.
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on delivery experience with Cloud ERP in a functional capacity, with delivery lead responsibilities.
• Prior experience engaging with senior functional executives in higher education is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior client relationships in your functional domain and manage high-stakes engagements.
• Drive functional design decisions accounting for decentralized finance and HR structures and governance.
• Lead change management strategies within a shared governance culture.
• Own integration strategy connecting ERP to student, research, and advancement platforms.
• Bring AI-assisted delivery and responsible workflow automation to engagements.
• Contribute to proposals and market development with domain credibility.
• Develop junior practitioners and build deep domain depth within the team.
