Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Higher Education Transformation Lead to drive end-to-end ERP transformations for colleges and universities. You will own senior client relationships, shape functional design, and guide adoption strategies in a complex governance environment.

Travel up to 50% is expected as you lead multi-domain ERP programs, with a focus on finance, HR, payroll, and research administration within higher education institutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of consulting or functional experience in higher education contexts.
• Delivery lead experience on large ERP engagements in higher education.
• Ability to engage senior functional executives in universities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Cloud ERP engagements for college/university clients with accountability for outcomes.
• Own senior client relationships, including finance, HR, payroll, and procurement leaders.
• Drive functional design decisions across decentralized finance and HR structures.
• Lead change management strategies within a shared governance culture.
• Oversee integration strategy linking ERP to student, research, and advancement systems.
• Promote AI-assisted delivery and responsible workflow automation.
• Contribute to must-win pursuits and pre-RFP positioning.
• Travel 50%+ as required.
