Accenture in Hartford, CT is seeking a higher education transformation lead to guide end-to-end ERP-enabled transformations across finance, HR, payroll, procurement, and research administration. You will own senior client relationships, shape functional design, and drive adoption in a decentralized governance environment with AI-enabled delivery and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires extensive delivery leadership in large ERP programs, deep domain expertise in higher education

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of consulting or functional experience in higher education or community college environments.
Delivery lead experience on large ERP engagements or institution-wide transformations.
Experience engaging with senior functional executives in higher education.
Ability to design for decentralized college and departmental finance structures and shared governance.

Responsibilities

Lead Cloud ERP engagements for college and university clients with accountability for quality and outcomes.
Own senior client relationships in your functional area.
Drive functional design decisions accounting for decentralized governance, research enterprise, and board reporting obligations.
Lead change management strategy within your domain in a shared governance culture.
Own integration strategy connecting ERP to student systems, advancement systems, and research platforms.
Bring AI-assisted delivery and responsible workflow automation into engagements.
