Job summary

Accenture is actively seeking a senior higher education functional lead for Cloud ERP implementations across universities and colleges. You will own a domain tower—Finance, HR, Payroll, Procurement, or Research Administration—and drive design, delivery, and client engagement within your domain.

You will build strong client relationships, lead change management, and ensure integration with campus systems while applying AI-enabled delivery methods to accelerate value delivery. Travel 50%+ expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of consulting or functional experience in higher education or community college environments.
• Delivery experience with a Cloud ERP platform in a functional or technical capacity.
• Ability to lead a functional tower or workstream with design, delivery and client engagement responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the functional tower in your domain on Cloud ERP implementations for universities and colleges.
• Own design decisions within your tower and connect with broader enterprise systems.
• Build and maintain relationships with client functional leaders and engage as a peer.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and change management within your tower.
• Navigate integration with student platforms, research administration systems, and reporting environments.
